Founder Summit

"What would it look like if we were radically others focused?"

That was the question Kristina Chapple posed to our team when we started planning for our inaugural founder summit. And the north star we focused on as we welcomed our founders to Chicago on June 13 & 14.

This video, which started out as a summit recap, evolved into something so much more. It has become a true exposition of our unique vision as the firm where capital and care are focused on the founder.

I am so proud of what our team has accomplished and deeply energized about what is yet to come.
